The urban level industrial data space provides a safer, more convenient, and efficient circulation environment for industrial data. Through the registration of industrial data assets, the ownership of data is clarified, ensuring that the data directory is out of the domain but the original data is not released, thus solving the trust problem in the circulation of industrial data; Through comprehensive self-assessment services such as DCMM, data quality, data assets, and data entry into tables, the problem of enterprises accurately grasping the value of their own data has been solved; The construction of a data identification parsing system for connecting urban and enterprise data spaces in the digital network has solved the problem of distributed data routing and addressing; By establishing an industrial data asset directory through registration work, and opening up and integrating lightweight toolsets for third-party data processing and model development, the problem of distributed data development and utilization in enterprises has been solved.
Next, the city level industrial data space will strengthen top-level design, accelerate the promotion of standards in industrial data property rights, circulation, and other aspects, consolidate the technical foundation, conduct in-depth research on key technological capabilities such as blockchain and privacy computing, enhance the security guarantee and controllable traceability of industrial data circulation, build a diversified "data circulation technology verification test field", smooth the circulation market, continuously improve the industrial data circulation mechanism, improve the value release of data circulation in industrial clusters and upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and jointly promote the value circulation of industrial data. At the same time, the city level industrial data space will carry out multi-party cooperation based on the Industrial Data Element Innovation Development Center, attracting multiple entities such as manufacturing enterprises, data trading institutions, data service providers, third-party service providers, and digital transformation service providers to jointly promote the flow and cooperation of industrial data, stimulate technological innovation and accelerate application landing, promote the formation of an open and collaborative industrial data element ecosystem, and fully tap and utilize the value of industrial data.
As a key link in the digital transformation of manufacturing, the urban level industrial data space is gradually building a new type of manufacturing data value space within the metropolitan area, promoting the advancement of urban economy to a higher level.
